Plymouth is located in Sheboygan County between Sheboygan and Fond du Lac along Highway 23 near Kettle Moraine State Forest, Elkhart Lake, Glenbeulah, Greenbush, and Waldo. The population estimate for July 1, 1998 was 7,544, an increase of 775 since 1990.
