Orem

Orem is located in Utah County northwest of Provo on Hwy 89 just off I-15 near Utah Lake, the state's largest freshwater lake. On the east it is bounded by the Wasatch Range of the Rockies.

The population estimate for July 1, 1998 was 78,937, an increase of 11,376 since 1990.

Orem is part of the Provo-Orem, Utah metro area.
