Troutdale

Troutdale is located just east of Portland along Interstate 84 in Multnomah County. This suburb of Portland boasts an ever-increasing commercial center, as well as many wineries.

Troutdale is a community with a rich historic past. Residing at the confluence of the Sandy and Columbia rivers, Troutdale was 'discovered' in the autumn of 1792 by Lt. Broughton and his men. The earliest settlers came in 1850 and 1851, while much of the city was built in 1890 and 1891.

Columbia Park/Imagination Station is a great place for family and friends to relax and play, free of charge. The Columbia River, situated to the north of town, produces some of the best fishing and wind surfing in the northwest. Multnomah Falls, the second highest, year-round waterfall in the U.S., can be found in there, Built in 1925, the Multinomah Falls Lodge is located at the base of the falls along the Columbia Gorge Historic Highway.

Troutdale is part of the Portland-Vancouver, Oregon-WA metropolitan area.
