Toms River

Toms River is the county seat of Ocean County. It is located at the confluence of the Toms River, the Garden State Parkway, US 9, and State Route 549. In this vicinity are Ocean County College, Beachwood, and Barnegat Bay at New Jersey's Atlantic seacoast. Toms River is part of the Monmouth-Ocean, New Jersey metro area.
