Sioux City

Sioux City is located in Woodbury County (of which it is the county seat) on the western border of the state along Interstate 29 on the banks of the Missouri River near the Big Sioux River. The population estimate for July 1, 1998 was 82,697, an increase of 2,192 since 1990.
