Smyrna

Smyrna is located in Cobb County just northwest of Atlanta between Marietta and Marbleton along Highway 280 on the banks of the Chattahoochee River near Dobbins Air Force Base in the Metro Atlanta Region of the state. The population estimate for July 1, 1998 was 35,899, an increase of 3,446 since 1990.
