The North Coast Region of California consists of rugged shoreline and surf, towering redwood forests and rushing rivers, and of rolling hills and bountiful vineyards. The main highways accessing this region are 1 and 101 running north/south Highway 101 connects the region as the most traveled highway, with Highway 1 offering the very adventurous and close-up view of the Pacific Coast.
